I’m still in awe at how quickly one can level in this game these days. I have successfully taken my Mage from 1 to 60 in a little over 1 week with a /played time of approximately 2 days. That is quite amazing to me, especially with no leveling enhancements (other than the guild perk) like heirlooms or triple experience from refer-a-friend. If there was good money to be made in selling WoW gaming characters, I would definitely look into starting something up part-time and making some extra cash on the side.
I had mentioned before about the nice drop I picked up when leveling through Stranglethorn Vale. This drop gave me more than enough gold at such an early stage of the game on a brand new server that I’m still finding it hard to believe. When I put it up on the auction house, it sold within minutes and then it was only a matter of waiting by the mailbox for the gold to arrive 
So exciting!
